We currently offer delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–7 business days. Express delivery of approximately 1–3 business days may be available in select cities where the option is offered at checkout.

Free shipping is currently available on orders above ₹999 across India, subject to the applicable shipping terms.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of the delivery location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather, transportation disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order is dispatched, subject to our order-processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Somu Halwai customer support as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Where a cancellation is approved after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

14. Returns and Refunds
